Dude,seriously it is high time to get an experts opinion,rather than ignoring it as you are already in pre hypertension stage and now you have moved into full blown BP.The quicker you bring under control without medicines the higher you'll have chances to lead a healthy life in later part.
Do not say
I have no time to exercise
I Cannot eat properly due to my work
I'm having work etc etc
Thanks man. Already started. And exercise; I used to play badminton and has stopped for a a while now , will start soon. Am a healthy eater only tries junk food very rare and in meat I am big fan of chicken.

Reduce Sodium intake as it increases the BP(Sodium != Salt as KCl is also Salty )
Try reducing on the Pickled Items Like achars and pickled foods.
Try eating Bananas it has lots potassium which helps in reducing pressure.
And spend time more with the Family as studies show that people who spend time more with their near dear ones live longer.
