True. Just like any other predictions.

You weren't sure enough of a WI win to vote for them in the survey, though

You can never really say if they have the right "team spirit" going for them.
Chris Gayle can either be a very positive influence or a very negative one.
So one could never really be sure.

1. N Kulasekara - Dropped Samuels when he was around 20 odd runs of 25+ balls.
2. S Malinga - He played for WI today and kept bowling the exact line and length what Samuels wanted. 4-0-54-0.
3. K Sangakara - For his dull pull shot that got him out in deep midwicket.
4. M Jayawardena - For his reverse sweep shot when he was needed most on the pitch.
5. T Parera - For running on a misfield and getting Mendis runout

Yeah and the WI played well, and deserved to win anyway

So did SL... there were two bowlers in SL having less than 12 runs in 4 overs. Total 8 overs - 23 runs!

Yep. I am in WI support. This will do loads of good for WI & cricket overall.

That's even more impressive then, that they got runs off the other bowlers, specially the runs off Slinga.

Yeah.
They did a big mistake dropping Samuels and then letting him go... WI did not even looked like crossing 100 at one stage.

The often ignored point is that on lankan wickets, you win the toss and bat, you can't lose unless you play horribly bad.

WI did that.
I watched the whole game. They some how crossed 100... at one stage, 100 also did not looked possible.

Even that's not bad enough in Lanka.

Ok, then I need to share stats to prove they did real bad and then SL let them score few to make a match and now it looks like a big mistake now.
SL - waiting for post match speech from Mahela.

I just think the SL wickets are bad for T20s. Toss is too important a factor here.

Probably.

Absolutely true. SL in full panic from very beginning.
They lost their nerve game.

Excellent analysis.
And I guess rain pressure got to Jayawardne and Sangakarra.

Samuels now in take wickets!

I am supporting WI now for their wonderful comeback.
Asking Rate nearly 9.5. Big pressure on Mahela
Let's see, if it is a big day to them.

SL will not find it easy to score 138... we have a close game at hand..

Its over...its all over...for Jayawardane and Sangakarra.

Yeah. Both will retire now. I had high hopes from these two in finals... though I was supporting WI.

It was ok either of the two win....better than the other two semifinalists.
