He is actually one of a select few All rounders who have managed 2000 runs and 200 wickets.[^]. I found this surprising when I saw this stat when the commentators were discussing Kallis at the weekend.
Hi, I am one of those programmers in India who is extremely interested in programming but lacks a proper guide. Is there anyone who can guide me. I am still a secondary school student and do lack a teacher. There is no around me who know C# .NET programming. So I am facing troubles learning.
Looking forward to any help and thanks in advance.
Yes, CP members here are to help people like you. But they cannot teach you a programming language. What they'd do is when you are stuck at a point, they try to provide you a solution to get out of there or give you the right direction. So, please come with a specific problem.
You can start learning C# with the help of this.[^]
The master of the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which; he simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.
Actually we help people in our free time. But still that itself will help a lot.
Welcome by the way. It's admirable the way you have asked for help. Don't let yourself down because there is no teacher for you. You can still substitute it by having online tutorials and asking questions here when you are stuck. Do remember that you should try something before asking.
Thank you for the link and your encouragement. Actually I've been in programming for quite a while so am not absolutely not going to start from scratch. I've been till now seeking help of books(like Wrox and Blackbook from libraries and free-ebooks). I used to do C and C++ programming as well. But owing to huge pressure of my class 10 boards and pressure from surroundings I am unable to go far away for learning. Previously I got a chance to study at a CMC institution at absolutely free of cost and that where I learned C and C++ programming and started off with c#. I've developed a few stand-alone applications using C# like those required by small companies using .NET 3.5 and SQL SERVER 2005 and access database. But I couldn't continue further as the CMC institution dissolved and I am wandering helpless. I would be highly grateful to you if you kindly guide me as to how to progress. I am willing to work hard and even harder but I just need someone to put me in the right way.
You are still at the level where you can read and study - so please, pick up a good book on the programming language and go through it. You will learn all the concepts that (if you go through the book well) will stay with you for times to come.
Yes you are correct I did mean Aus but as this is almost definitely a draw now I think it actually favours SA that Clarke did this in this game rather than any other game.

I always think good test cricket like this is better than any shorter format of the game.
I paticulary enjoy the games that are in AUS as they start at midnight over here, so I put them on and go to sleep to them, and I keep up with them in my dreams, occasionally waking to watch 10 mins before I drift off again. This will be similar to how I plan to follow ENG v IND which will start at 3.30am here.
When Tests are on in England I don't see much as I'm at work or want to spend the time with the kids at the weekend.
