Eddy Vluggen 3 Dec '12 - 1:11  I got a monitor that behaves the same, regardless of the driver; turning it on/off quickly for a few minutes "temporarily fixes it". Then again, how'd you install Windows if you had no screen?   So, driver would be the first suspect. Try booting in safe-mode, might be that the graphics-card supports more than one output (like an additional TV-out) and might have selected the wrong one.
