I suggest we delete the whole post at the moment when you see that the listed bad guys are exterminated and create a new post. The difference is too keeping the post closer to the top of list.

To reactivate an account, you would need to ask the admins directly. This is probably the best place: http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1645/Site-Bugs-Suggestions.aspx[^].
But you will have to explain why you posted spam, how we could be sure you wouldn't do it again, and so forth. Make a good case, and you might get it back - but then, you might not. The Admins decision is final.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
