I need to paste scrren shot in Multiline text field. Is it possible or any other way to do this in web application?

No, not possible. Text field tells exactly what it is for - TEXT. Screenshots are not of same type and thus cannot be pasted in it. For screenshots, editors like paint or so will do.

Hello,
I would look at HTML Editors (we use Telerik). It might not allow you to paste an image directly, but it will allow you to insert an image into the flow of your text.
