They don't allow almost any foodstuff inside these days as well
I think I'm ok with that.
I don't want to be watching Iron Man with the smell of aloo parantha and mirchi achhar getting into my nose thanks to my neighbour.
I just prefer the smell of butter popcorn in a theatre.
I have no concept of your currency but it sounds like what happened over here a few years back. Local cinemas got squeezed out by the big multiplex's who were charging stupid prices for food and not allowing you to bring food from home. There was some sort of outcry and now the Cinemas allow you to bring your own food but they don't advertise this fact. Most people still believe you can't take food in so don't try it. I always take food from home now and have never been asked to open my bag, and if I did I would refuse.
Yes I can say that definately the quality has improved a lot and yes by keeping the prices of the ticket as low they are just confirming that watching a movie should not go beyond reach, where as having food inside is sometimes optional and you can opt out.
I'm the same as you. Even though I'am a Cricket fan and used to follow IPL, I'm sort of sick (I guess) of the numerous threads.
But let me ask you one question: Why don't you post? Instead of being a lazybone, why don't you start something interesting and continue it? I've done it from time to time when I have time (this is NOT a twister) and posted some sort of random topic. This is a general forum where ANYTHING can be discussed.
If you come here not to contribute and just to read how is that someone's problem who is being active here? Instead can't we do it ourselves by starting our own topics?

He is a bowling allrounder but is getting rarely a chance in bowling because they have a strong bowling and they normally don't need him as bowler. But today he should have got a chance as everyone went for runs.
He is a big hitter so it is surprising that he didn't get a chance to bat today may be as you said would be injured. But it is still tough to understand why regularly he is taken as a batsman. And this is not just under Sanga only.
