It's an interesting idea but right now it doesn't really fit with what we do.
However, it your idea will make a little more sense soon.

I have downloaded HTML file of my article to edit it offline.
I did all editing.
How can I put the edited file onto my article page?
What the procedure is?

You can edit your article by selecting the edit icon at the top right hand side of your article.

It seems you are talking about 'Update your article'. At the right upper corner are 'Get HTML to edit offline', 'Update your article', and 'Delete'.
I already did editing offline. My question is how to put the resulting HTML file in my article, or how to replace old HTML with the new.

I already told you. Update your article allows you to "update your article". You can replace the old with the new.

The reason I did editing offline (in Kompozer) is that for me 'Update your article' page is notoriously bad and is very difficult to tame. For example, the design view and html view are not synchronized, I found no way to make all editing in the design view, etc. Maybe it is my illiteracy, but I dare to use this page only to change couple of sentences or correct spelling.
So I prefer to send corrected version directly to my CP editor.

The article editor has a button called html which switches it into the raw html mode. Just click that and paste your text in.

People who complain the images don't work - they have a "/working" sub directory inserted in the image URL path.
People who don't complain with images, don't have this "/working" path.
You make this
in the editor,
But after publishing , it becomes
But this /working do not make harm when you make a "Preview" from your account.
I'm not sure if this is the exact bug,
Could someone confirm this issue and give me some bonus points?

I am editing this Article[^] its originally written by Vince, however when i submit it back, the original author name is lost and its replaced by mine.
I tried remove my name from author, however unable to do so. Could someone from admin team restore the order

I just submitted an article for the Intel App contest, but I could never get my article images see light of day. I have wasted enough time struggling with this. And I have shot mails in all directions to CP editors. Still there's no help unfortunately. Any help from this direction?

I have no idea I'm afraid. I opened up the article in the editor, the images were there and I resubmitted the article - all seemed to be good then.

Does anyone think that it could be an added benefit to make it possible to collaborate in writing articles? Something that will be like a combination between Wikipedia and Code Project?
That can be useful in generic topics or articles about the best practice of implementing something.

The ratings starts there are a bit misleading. Anybody seeing it would think the rating is given to the hardware and not to the article.

Yes I know it's the rating for the Article. Or anybody using CP would know this fact.
But anybody searching for the Samsung Series 7 notebook, landing here would only think the rating is for the hardware they can't think it's for the Article. Because that's how the eyes are trained to read a hardware review. If these reviews are only for the CP users, I agree this do not mislead.
