With Windows 8, Microsoft made it possible for developers to build apps using HTML and JavaScript. Turns out, no one is really doing that... Decisions, decisions: write for one OS (that many don't like), or use .NET and hit all Windows?

Well, it was supposedly the #16 language last year according to Tiobe. Mind you, they picked T-SQL as #1, so I'm not entirely sure of their criteria.
