It can't work that way, but a website that says "Please go to your ISPs shop and ask for help" would work. It's easy to fake a service line, but a lot harder to fake an entire ISP shop...

Google revealed today that it has added a new Safer Email section to its Transparency Report in order to document the percentage of outbound and incoming Gmail messages that are encrypted. Some email providers *don't* use TLS?

Looking at the actual report[^]; the main standout is ComCrap's and me.com (crApple)'s <1% values. Hotmail and mail.ru are both in the 50-90% bucket; although only one of those is likely to be a problem for most of the world. Ed10.net and constantcontact are both marketingspam delivery companies; and a much lower level of concern since they're blasting the same garbage to thousands if not millions of people.
Also, if you zoom out the graphs to show data from the start of the year, encryption rates have improved significantly.

There are plenty of things we bake: cupcakes, pies, cakes, brownies, bread and doughnuts, for example. And, there are certain things we DON’T bake: among, them robots. That is, until now.
To be clear, we aren’t talking about baking a cake in the shape of a robot. Researchers at MIT are working on new technology and materials that enable printable robotic components to self-assemble when heated. I wonder if they will still be edible...
