How can I prove I'm genuine? 
And why isn't there any rule in the guide for posting tips/articles concerning links to practical life? (I personally am VERY interested to know the environment from which the postings of source code come.)
But I can stick to the rules. Why not? But why don't you tell us new authors in the guidelines for writing articles?

There is a reasonable length FAQ: Code Project Article FAQ[^] - it doesn't mention spam (probably because spammers won't bother reading anything particularly) but anything which is "heavy" on links to a company that isn't relevant to the topic is probably going to get a "spam" notice slapped on it! 
You'd be surprised how many items we get which are as short as yours and contain as many links as yours did which are there purely to advertise, drive traffic, or "link-up" search engines. You've taken out the links, and as a tip it now looks reasonable so it shouldn't be a problem any more - and if you read my initial report it did say "I think he is genuine, and if he removes / changes the tip I can;t see a good reason to kick him off.". But just in case, it gets reported here so if you are just interested in free adverts it won't stay "live" for long!

By allowing a group of members to decide the fate of another member is a mob mentality, if you can not have over sight as to right and wrong, particularly in the case where someone is bullied to the point their response's are not abusive but self defensive, then you are providing a safe heaven for a group to bully new members.
Furthermore the person that started the attacks; long before the banned member started to reply with hate, had a
history of abusing other members, and continued to abuse more members in the process.
"bullying” means the severe or repeated use by one or more pupils of a written, verbal, electronic or other form of expression, a physical act or gesture or any combination of them if it is directed at another pupil and if it has the effect of or is reasonably intended to have the effect of
(a) causing physical or emotional harm to the other pupil or damage to the other pupil’s property,
(b) placing the other pupil in reasonable fear of harm to himself or herself or damage to his or her property,
(c) creating a hostile environment at school for the other pupil,
(d) infringing on the legal rights of the other pupil at school, or
(e) materially and substantially disrupting the education process or the orderly operation of a school; (“intimidation”)
The banned member did not repeatedly attack a user.
You have to gave the user the ability to defend themselves, and if you are going to remove access to the writer of written information then you need to remove that information from public view.

I witnessed a group of aged members on this forum constantly attack a person, then those eleven people reported the victim till that user was ban.
This company operates in Canada and will be investigated as a heaven for cyber bullies.
