He is working on a personal agent which will remember everything and help you go back and find things and help you pick what things to pay attention to.
Well, I guess he'll be putting it to good use. Maybe it'll be called "Little Alzhei Helper 1.0" ?

Ask any programmer and they’ll be able to tell you what time of the day (or night) they’re most productive. As tech employers grow more and more tolerant to alternative work routines, studies are showing that ‘night owl’ developers are often like nocturnal predators. "Good morning sunshine"

I suspect that it reflects the amount of employment and life history. Night-owling is for the kids.
As a student, I was most productive at night -- because I was in school or working during the day, and the evenings were for homework, including programming. After years of that, the habit can persist even though you may get a day job doing programming. But as you work more years you may find that you accomplish more during the day. And, if you're married with kids, the evenings may be totally "unproductive".
On the other hand, the work day may get interrupted by meetings and such.
I still use occasional evenings for personal/hobby projects, but not for work.

4 am to 8 am is my best time. I can work double then. Anything later is very unproductive due to meetings and thinking about needing to head home and take care of the family.
Of course, 4 - 8 am isn't sustainable for more than a few days at a time.
