How to click on "Save" button, on a WinGUI Save As window using javaScript

Hi,

I have a PDF link in IE, i need to save that PDF file. so am performing " right click-> save target as -> enter "using Javascript (Nodejs) program. Here, am getting an win GUI dialog box Save As window. I need to click on save button. I have tried all the ways to do it. i need to click on save using Javascript.

Am using nodejs platform to execute JS files.I would be thankful if you suggest any idea to download a PDF directly using Javascript without any prompts.Sorry for my bad English.
