Time out issue for Google Chrome and Safari on MAC system

In my application, I am getting time out intermittently.
In application , I have created cookie and that cookie has been used as session guid and session time out of inproc session is used as expiration duration of that cookie.
I am using the cookie creation and expiration depending upon different time zones(Central Time Zone,GMT, and IST)

The issue exists for safari browser on MAC system.
but for the issue is there for all the systems.
The issue exists for google chrome and Safari browser.

The application will work if the time out is set to 100000 minutes.

Please let me know if any one has any suggestions.
