hi,

i have an infected .bak file which is infected due to cryptowall and now i an not aqble to get the data from that file plz help me to retrieve the file and data without paying ramsome. is there any kind of code for decrypting the bak file

Forget it.
If you have a proper backup, use that - but go through your system with a fine tooth comb first. If you don't, then you have two options:
1) Recreate the file from scratch.
2) Pay the ransom and hope like hell. But...the last time someone asked here, they had done that, and the key they were given for their money didn't work. Some of these blood sucking scumbags don't encrypt: they just scramble and demand increasing sums until you stop paying.

Personally? I have good backups, and I'm careful about what I let happen on my PC. But if I did let this happen to my data, I'd recreate the data rather than send them a single US cent.
Blackmail, ransom, and bullying: the only way to stop them is not to give them anything they want.
