Need help MVC5 weather service and google maps api

Hi guys im very new api in mvc. i need help with two things
1.using google maps to get lat and lot for a location and passing to controller for storage.
2. need a weather service that as south africa listed and look up weather via the locations from database.

That is just a repeat of your question, it gives no clue as to exactly what help you are looking for.

ok im sorry i mean i want a form where by i can look up a location and then save that location to DB. there after i want to call that location and get the weather for it
