How to Implement shortcut keys with different way using asp.net?

When I press “ctrl+s” it would be done save command to any application. But my questions is…
I want to do this command is a different way like “ctrl+shift+s” or “alt+s” in web application using asp.net but that is used without any access key.
I just do the shortcut key with a different way using asp.net.

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
