How to change the bit rate of merged wave files

I am able to merge multiple waves files with TTS wave file but when I play merged file, TTS file get played very fast and its no clear too.

How can I slow down the rate of TTS wave file ? How can I change the bit rate of merged wave file so that it get played at same rate?

please help me to proceed with my project

I don't know "TTS wave", but did you already have a look a its preferences? Maybe there is a sample rate setting for import and/or export? Maybe you have to set the sample size, too.
