How to create Combobox depend the first Combobox

I want to create 2 Combobox
when i select service in the first the last combo will display only the list that has a relation with the service
(I Know that my english is bad I hope that you can understand me )

PS : I use netbeans the partie Design so please give me te solution and where i should put it
