How do I retrieve data from extracted Sqlite database backup data ? (it is available in tabular form now.)

there s a tool in market name (SysTool SQlite database recovery) ,it takes backup of any android system as a input,and return data in tabular form ,I want to retrieve them in exact look like as store in our phones or tabs.so please tell me how to retrieve them.or tell me in which way I have to go to retrieve them,just give me the write path where the solution meet.rest of all, I will do myself.thankyou
