FAE has stopped working

After create a setup file from visual studio using installshield i can install on my pc and run but the problem is, if i try to install on other pc its not working and showing the FAE stopped working error. This application connecting with finger machine,copy the dll file with it. and downloading the data from machine. Any idea?

Not without some more information. Remember, we cannot see your screen or guess what other prerequisites your program needs. You might also like to explain the acronym FAE.

No requirements , and this one is connecting to finger machine its a sdk. There is one dll file to run. The sad thing is i dont have much idea about it. Just want to know what is FAE ? atleast. I am sorry still i am not give you proper idea about my doubt.
