How to decrypt pgp file with C# code only?

I want to decrypt the pgp file and I am having only .asc file and pgp file with me. Can I do that only with the C# code without installing any additional software like GnuPG. I want it through code only and if any additional .dll component is required which is not licensed version.

Solution 1

SharpPrivacy[^] is the only free PGP library I know of.

OpenPGP[^] is trial-ware.
