Hi .
in my project i need to call some windows shortcut like CTRL+O or CTRL+A in windows environment.

i think i must use Javascript to do this work .. but i have no idea what must i do

for more detail and example i want when i press a button , in desktop select all icon ( by simulate CTRL+A )

Fortunately you cannot do such thing...
When you are in a web page you are closed inside the browser and have no access to the parts of the OS outside of it...
Imagine you visit a web site and that site start playing around with your desktop (or other more sensitive folders) - a wet dream of any hacker...

Hopefully you can understand this would be a major security issue. So no, hopefully this is not possible.

ps. in the old days (few years back) you could create your own activex component (limited to msie browser) to enable such functionality. This resulted in many security issues.
