Try adding double quotes around your various fields.

OK, show us the method you use to "convert" csv into xls. Use "Imrpove question" widget. At this moment the question is incomplete.

Have you try to open Excel and then, from Excel, open the CSV ?

If Excel is opened by the csv, no conversion is done.
If in Excel, you open a csv file, Excel will ask how to convert the csv, and you don't have to prepare the csv.
