In your link there is code download option. Take it, fiddle with it until you get what you want. It is well explained, it shouldn't be too hard. Return when you have some code that doesn't behave as you think it should. Good luck.

... and where do you stuck to realize that ?
You should do it in seperate steps :
- Paint the body of the Button
- write the Text on it
- draw the Image on it

So ... where is the Problem ?
