Windows CE button drawing performance problem

Hi.
I want to make a virtual keyboard on windows ce. So i'm creating about 40 buttons on a window dynamically. Everything is ok but when i want to show the window i can watch every button drawing by one by. I want to show all page at once and all buttons at the same time. How can i do it? Thanks.

Solution 1

It could be else,
when you would draw your buttons yourself via memory DC,
analyse the points of the mouse down, move and up events through the buttons rectangles,
and change dynamically only the shadow frame of a pressed button... :)
