I have the table below

tableA

mon start end tue start end 
sub009 13:00 14:00 15:00 15:30
sub004 14:00 15:00 15:30 16:00
sub005 17:30 18:00 18:30 19:00

I want it like the table below

    13:00 14:00 15:00 15:30 16:00 17:00 17:30 18:00 18:30 19:00
mon sub009 sub004                       sub005
