setup and deployement of window base application

Hello everyone, I just want to give professional look to my window application. When i run setup first it should show Introduction about the software,then license agreement then ask for license key and finally install the package.
How can i do it for window base application in C# (Visual Studio 2008,sql server 2005),
Also help me regarding App.config file. When install my software on another server it should ask for connectionsetting instead of giving error message server not found bla bla bla..
