how to show all record of selected table from dropdown list?

hi..

I've confused with my task from my senior..
could you tell me how to show all record of selected table from dropdown list in PHP procedural?

for e.g

in that form I choose one name of table in that dropdown list -->student_data
and then I've click button of submit.. after that, form will be showing all of record data in that table...

any help would be much appreciated

but .. my problem in this question is to show all record from a table which the table's name had been select from drop down list..
