How Do I Play Large Video Files on client browser In Asp.Net Web Page From A Folder

I am developing a KIOSK web application that will play advertisements videos in multiple computers.Its a LAN based URL application.I have tried many solution but they all can only play video of very small size like less than 5 MB moreover its not playing on client when i publish the web page on iis

Please suggest me a suitable solution for my situation.

How are you playing them and are the videos are locally stored on the IIS server?

Yes I am publishing my application on IIS server ,my web appilcation contains a folder where I am storing all my video files.The videos describtion is saved in an xml file.Please help me on how to play the videos on the client computer when the client access my web page.
