Flowchart to Java Generator

Good day. We're working on our thesis project Flowchart to Java Generator. And we are stuck on how to start our project. Can somebody help us? Can we use an application for creating flowchart(we will download the software) then generate it with or connect it to the program we will create? Thanks in advance.

If you do not know where to start then maybe you should rethink your choice of subject. Alternatively you could make a start on some proper research into the sort of tools that are available to help you, and the sort of products that already exist to perform such a task (hint: Google for UML).
