How to view a big image using mousemove

Hello CPs,

I have a panorama picture which I want to view as a background image. Now I want the image to be spread in the screen such that there is no scroll bar to view the whole image, rather moving the mouse towards one part of the screen will reveal the rest. Something like this

I tried editing the source code to fit my picture. But the picture always seemed to zoom out to set to the original size. Any constructive help is appreciated.
