is there any way to set the same icon to all my forms without having to change one by one? Something like when you setup GlobalAssemblyInfo for all your projects inside your solution.

I think ur concept..that is ~~same icon to all my forms without having to change one by one?~~ is Master Page.. Create a master page and put the icon..After that create form with based one that master page.. u can achieve simply......
