How to use App_LocalResources in MVC 4 Razor Application

Hi ,

i am able work with App_GlobalResources, now i want to use App_LocalResourcesin my application and access those keys in view page can anyone please help to solve this. I am done with changing AccessModifier to Public and giving CustomToolNamespace but nothing worked out.
