How fix the Excel isssue: Excel cannot complete this task with available resources?

Our acconting Department uses Excel extensively. They continue to receive this error with slightly complicated Excel sheets: Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less dataor close other applications.

I have read all of the MS Answer forums, there are some fixes for some people, but not for all. Does anyone know how to make this disapear forever?

If not lucky with solutions 1 and 2, you will have to show the file to an expert.

Excel WorkSheet can be corrupt in so many ways that it is impossible to list all possibilities.
And some solution are to be applied with care.
