How to change the DWM look in VB.NET?

Hi guys,
How can I change how the DWM looks for all windows in Visual Basic .NET? (Not like the colour, but like the controlbox and titlebar etc.)

I looked at resource hacker.. but that is too confusing and extensive.. I need it in code, but I think I would have to manually modify the binaries - so no..No code.
