HTML administration pages to extend a website not working

Hi,

I am not able to Open Microsoft sharepoint Administrator Page from Administrative Tool Option.

It opens URL in Browser windows : http://Mytestmachine-uat01:3732/fpadmdll.dll[^]

and On Page It shows message : The parameter is incorrect.

I have Installed "fpse02_win2008_vista_rtm_ENG.msi" and my Machine in Windows Server 2008 IIS7

my purpose of this is to Access my Classic ASP application from UAT Server to my Locan Machine using Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.
Earlier it was working properly but dont know what happened its not working now.
