Crystal report Down then Across should adjust as per rows to be printed

I have a report in which i show the records in Across then Down, but i need this as Down then Across. but the problem with Down then Across is it occupies left size first and then goes to right, this leads to blank space on the right side.

I need it to be showed in Down then Across with line adjustment. Please suggest any solution.
