I developed on windows forms application, it wants to be fit for all screen resolution?Now i have the problem is, the controls are cut while opened in smaller resolution. how to overcome this?

"No proper solution"? I would rather say that your original idea is not proper, but it takes some experience to understand it. You really need to abandon any manual layout and develop fluid layouts.
