getting the jdk error

i have updated jdk for android studio. when executing the project I am getting the following error

Error:Execution failed for task ':library:compileReleaseJavaWithJavac'.
> Compilation failed; see the compiler error output for details.

With earlier version of JDK there was no such problem every project executed smoothly

What should I do?

Firstly you are not executing the project, you are trying to build it. If you do not understand the difference then you are going to face many problems. Secondly, the error message tells you where to look for the information to help you resolve the problem.
