How To Make Custom Buton Behave In The Way I Want?

Dear everyone,
I follow This article:

and i want to make the Ellipse inside custom button into red color.

But i don't know how.
I tried this article
[^]. but don't know how to do( I AM NEWBIE with MFC ACTIVEX CONTROL) when he want me "Set up your dialog box using the DialogBox command as you would normally". How???
My GOAL:
I just want to make my button have a shape as ROUND and into red when user click on it.
But i don't see any tutorial like that (easy for an early newbie).

Please show me in step by step tems. So that i can understand.
I tried many materials but it is too hard for me.

Solution 1

No one here is likely to provide step by step instructions for this; it would take too long. I suggest (as you are a newbie) that you choose some simpler example to work on, and study some more tutorials. Try https://www.google.com/search?q=mfc+activex[^].
