DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalization if you want to be taken seriously.

Anything you have tried so far?
What programming languages you are good at?

No.. I haven't tried anything so far . I was just asking an idea to do my college project using oracle apps

1 solution

Start by working out exactly what you want to do, and how it's all going to work together.
Then decide what framework, what languages, what operating systems you are goign to support.

Then you can write the specification, design the application, and look at starting implementation. The final bit is going to mean working out how to send and receive texts - and that's going to depend on the framework, the language, the OS.

When you have that lot done, it's test, test, test, and repeat from any of the earlier stages until you have a completed, working application.

Seriously? Unless you know a heck of a lot about battery technology - and battery chemistry in particular - I **really** wouldn't recommend you start playing in that area! If you get anything even slightly wrong (and you will) the first "bad sign" is when your phone catches fire...

I've seen experienced hardware engineers running out of the building with a bucket full of batteries that are glowing red hot because of a stupid little mistake...
