When I try to sign in with my account in Visual Studio 2015 Community version i am getting the following error SP324099: Could not complete the operation.I have created a new account and then i have tried to sign in but i could not.

What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?
Visual Studio 2015 RC SP324099[^]

I am using IE 8 and it is not updating to IE 11 and my windows 7 is also not updating.
