No. CP Forum doesn't work that way.
You need to try things first. When you stuck somewhere, you can certainly post your query here and all will do their possibly best to solve that.
But do not directly ask for source code.

Thank you sir, But still if you guide me in direction so that i will be able to do it please. i know php json a android i was thinking after login if i send user id and comment to database and when i open app it will show all comments

There is a small dichotomy between "How can I develop..." and "provide me source code".

It's one or the other, but not both.

And...this smells a lot of homework - we do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!
