i want to insert same data in two tables in vb.net and mysql

Hello guys
I need help with this
i am making a project which requires two tables purchases and stock
both the tables contain following items
id,name,quantity,rate,amount
All the item that are purchased will automatically be in the stock
hence i want to insert into purchases and stock
