I want to add SQL server to a android app in visual studio 2015

Please tell me of how to link SQL table created and the android app main activity.cs.
I even added SQLite.Net in manage NUGET references. When I clicked on add new Item there's no option to add SQL server or Linq to sql to a android app. Do I need to add a different project to the solution or Is there any other way to do this
