How to get the custom exceptions without stack trace in wcf?

I want to get the custom exceptions in WCF service without stack trace.
I have to configure the service with the includeExceptionDetailInFaults as false in the web.config.
Note: I cannot use any fault contracts in the service.
This is my requirement. Can anyone help. I am badly struck
