how to set header and footer only on first page with 10 records in detail section, remaining records should print without header and footer in crystal report VS 2005

Please suggest me the way to do the following things in crystal report VB.net

1) I want to show header and footer only on first page .
2) i want to set 10 records for detail section in first page and second page onward it should print as per full page capacity .
