Creating multi-lingual user installer

Hi all,

Can anyone please redirect me to a tutorial on how to create a MUI installer? All my search results pointed on installing Windows MUIs. Thanks in advance.

You really need to explain what multi-lingual features would you need. Say, do you want the installation dialogs to be shown in the language chosen somehow at the very beginning? Or do you want to allow the user to install one or more localizations of the product itself? But then it depends on your product, much less on the installer. Also, it depends on what installation toolkit you are using, for what platform(s), and so on...

Actually I've MSI InstallShield, and I need to repackage it to support multi-lingual features. This MSI installer has a wizard, with default language as English. All I want to do is support multiple languages support that the language pack bundle with MUI. I couldn't find related materials on that.
