It's about configuration settings. If you set it to allow such large amount of request to be processed at ones with setting appropriate timeout value then it would work. But this is not suggestible as increasing the size to such a large value is vulnerable for attack.

It would be better to divide large files into small chunks and transfer. Google for same. Even CP articles can help.
